ncantre | April 6, 2009One of the difficulties that I seem to be having is gearing my resume for the specific job that I want. It hard to tell what exactly an employer wants to see in a cover letter or resume. I thnk my doing a little bit of research on the comapany will help me consider what I need to put into my cover letter and/or resume.
